Warranty Policy

Most Products are covered by a minimum 12 months Manufactures Warranty

Goods will not be covered under warranty or replaced if :

• The product is damaged by Misuse or Abuse
• The Product has been installed incorrectly,
• The product is not used for the purpose it was intended for
• The product must not be Modified or altered in any way
• Electronic equipment will not be covered due to Damage caused by power surges, Spikes, Brownouts, Lightning or Flooding.

Some products may have extended Manufacturers warranty. Please contact our Sales team at sales@solarain.com.au for exact details.

All products must be installed as per manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines, otherwise the
warranty becomes void.

If you have a warranty claim, please email our sales team for confirmation of return. We will reply with details further details concerning where to send the goods.
